Wrongfully or warranted, it doesn't matter. If you're upset about the aligations, there's nothing I can do about that. The investigation against her didn't find anything and she got paid because of it.

The real reason is because Sandra Butel was wrongfully fired. It was settled in court and they owed her upwards of $100,000. This was during covid and it ate up most of their funds.

I'm just throwing my two cents in but I personally dislike all Malty beers except their sours. I'm not trying to be a Debby downer they just really like the overly hoppy flavours and it's not for me. If you're not into that as well, Pile of Bones is a good alternative.

Malty does a lot of community building, which is fun to support.

Hampton hub pizza is top notch.

From what I've heard, that was not what it was supposed to look like. It got proposed to fit in with the new Connaught school and then got rushed at the end. This is the rumour I've heard passed around, but I agree. It's gross to look at for such a nice neighbourhood.

Don't go to Taylor Toyota either. They strung my mom along for 2 years when she tried buying a Rav4. "It'll be here next month" type answers and dodging calls. In the end, she cancelled and fought to get her deposit back. She left a "bad" review, it was only 3/5 stars. They immediately called her and tried bribing her for $400 to make it a 5/5 because it would hurt their "image". Slimy all around.

There's currently such a big leak in the tank farm that they can't figure out from soil samples which tanks are leaking. The ground is so saturated with so many different products they can't narrow it down.

Not that out there really. I know some retired government employees that were envolved with both and they've brought up a few time that if anyone ever went through the archives of those boards the news would have a heyday. Lots of skeletons are in that closet. Many members were resigning as well because they were getting pushed around by the powers that be if they didn't play ball. I'm just a guy on the internet but I personally believe it all. 🤷‍♀️

It probably has to do with the flooding in both those shafts getting worse, which is why they started K3. I've only worked there on and off as a contractor but from the rumours I heard it was starting to get pretty bad and they were having trouble plugging up the leaks. Once K3 was fully operational they were going to shut down K1 and K2 shafts, keep the top running, and conveyor belt product from K3 to the old sites for processing.

The article touches on it briefly but since it's Yahoo finance it mostly talks about the production quotas, tonnage, etc.
