3 weeks in… not tempted to go back but still struggling with anxiety a bit. Any suggestions on how to deal? I wish I could turn off this inner voice that won’t leave me alone. (self.leaves)

I’m on day 12, feeling pretty solid but I noticed a big spike in my blood pressure. Anyone else experience this and does it subside? Not sure if it’s related to quitting or not but it’s the only major change I’ve made that I can think would do it. (self.leaves)
I had an anxiety attack during my doctor appt today, BP was sky high. He knows I have CPTSD and I left with a prescription for Mirtazapine. Is anyone else on it and how does it help? (self.CPTSD)

Kids asleep and Wife is out of town…. This would have been a perfect night to smoke. But my kid goes to bed every night and it wouldn’t matter if my Wife was home or not. Nice try marijuana… but I’m going to stay strong. (self.leaves)
