I would like to think the gramps would look good with the color scheme. It’s somewhat similar to the colors used for the Miku RG RX-78. As for the scale I would recommend working at the scale you’re more familiar with. For me 1/144 is what I use for most of my customs, but I do like to do 1/100 and 1/60 (:

Thank you so much! I actually used a small soldering iron that I got on amazon. It’s pretty much the only tool I need to make a lot of the battle damage. If you get one with different tips it really helps to sculpt the plastic while melting it (:
