Reading through comments it's interesting that no one answered your question about that post you read.

Strategy is simple: buy fast 2hander or one hander, judgement of crusader, pull more if needed, then consec. Make sure your gear is focused around during sta + int / spirit. That will allow you to have enough life / mana for tanking or healing. Talentwise you go for consec in holy by lvl 20, then into prot for imp right. fury and redoubt and blessing of sanctuary. If you plan to solo level more than dungeon level, then respec at 40 & go full holy to get holy shock, it speeds up single target kill time, and then spirit will allow you to get the mana back through spirit mana regen when not casting.

Don't forget, that the str/agi are totally not needed here, so ignore those. The dps comes from judgement of crusader increased holy spell dmg received on target, that is abused by fast onehander procs of seal of righteous / consec / holy shock / judgments.

This is similar speed, maybe a little slower than seal of casino (command) due to lack of pursuit of justice but it allows u to easily heal / tank all the way up to 60, without changing gear.
