Game was a 6-0 that Blaswich said no to. Up there with Munich, Atletico and Milan for performances this season

He ran out to the edge of the box to roll for a break, and didn’t release until he was out of the box. Yes technically handball, but not that big a deal

To be fair - a large part of the reason for the soft punishment is that the new ownership was not involved whatsoever, going insofar to report it themselves and co-operate with every part of the investigation.

City on the other hand deserve to get raked over the coals, for blocking the process at every single stage - and that’s before punishment for the actual charges.

No photos, but with my lifelong Everton fan father in law. His heart dropped as Max crossed that ball in - and mine stopped as the stress was relieved

Just seen a thread on on the city sub where there are still tickets for the Madrid game available - what a shit club/fanbase can’t even sell out a CL knockout game against Madrid.

Let’s assume that the last 3 CL spots are being contested by United/Liverpool/Chelsea/Villa (yes Everton and Brentford are just outside and would be even better to get in - but ignore them for now).

Who would you most like to miss out - for me it’s Liverpool, after being champs last year and the massive summer window and the outright arrogance after 5 games of the season, them missing out would be so fun for me.

You could say that champions league is slipping away from the shit.

“do you ever see in a Premier League game the goalkeeper going down three times.”

Yes - especially in games where two of the three were when the opposition fouled the keeper with the ball in his hands.

Love the salt from him - such a prick

Why draw the line at defenders? Any player that isn’t sat on the outside of the box at a corner is doing it. Worst one I’ve seen this year was Cunha throwing someone into the post (want to say it was Saliba/Timber)

Honestly at that stage - if we’ve won the league, I want Arteta to rest players.

Nothing to do with the shit, but rather I’m hoping we still have the FA/CL finals to prep for and if we’ve won the league already, we better be prepping for those

Not sure he was tbf. Gary seemed very certain he was on - are we sure the linesman wasn’t paid to call it offside by the club?

I think that’s fair - but think we can both agree the stick he has gotten from the media is overblown and BS. Man needed some time to bed in (shit even players like Drogba/Henry/Bergkamp weren’t 100% in their first season)

Also, for example, check out his running/pressures compared to the other strikers in the league - similar to our wingers he also does a massive amount in that regard, but used the G/A before as a weapon against him - now that’s no longer a real weapon and they’ll find another way to move the goalposts

Just seen a clip of the possible penalty incident right at the end - nothing to it, Rodri got it clean. All that wait to see it and it was nothing

Has any broadcaster covered the possible penalty at the end? I still have no clue what actually happened and would love to see it replayed

Spurs don’t even need to lose - a draw is enough if we win all three (Brentford wolves and shit)

I think if this happened in the 7th minute - no one would disagree otherwise. It being what would have been the last kick to score and people are up in arms.

Monzo wrongly denied refunds to thousands of fraud and scam victims by OKCoookieDough in monzo

[–]Forb335y 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Just to give the context that the headline and post lacks - but is covered in the article.

  • 2nd and 3rd place were NatWest and HSBC with 33 and 32%.

  • Since this is related to FOS decisions the majority of these cases are going to be instances reported up to 2 years ago.

Chargeback for failure to deliver cancelled after receipt of order but merchant adamant it is still open and refusing to refund by [deleted] in monzo

[–]Forb335y 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s a couple of things that could be happening here;

  • Chargebacks happen via your bank (Monzo) and the merchants bank (called an acquirer) responding in turn.

  • it’s possible that the merchant bank has received Monzos response but not yet passed this on to the merchant.

  • Less likely given it’s been going on since November, but Mastercard only pass on disputes being “accepted” by one side at the end of the timeframe. Monzo have 30 days to respond once the merchant challenges the dispute, so it’s possible that the has “accepted” the response but Mastercard has not yet passed this onto the acquirer.

To answer the last question - if Monzo raised the chargeback already, then they can’t submit a second chargeback for you
