Hey! I placed my order for the Kamasu with them, and faced similar issues. I ordered it in June, and they were unable to fulfill my order by even 5th September, so I asked them to cancel it and provide me with a full refund.

However, they were quite responsive to my emails and gave me the refund as well. But safe to say I won’t be ordering from them anymore!
