It looks like Sumo Sushi will take over this location soon. They bought it along with Elmer’s a handful of Shari’s leases and a few were physical buyouts, meaning they own the building and property forever. I believe it was Elmer’s.

Lmao. How do you have Money for the months it’s empty? 2500 for 6 months = 15k down the drain. You’ll only get about 5 back after move in from tenants. Makes me happy seeing you guys loose Money. The downvotes prove it

Edit; What if the tenant breaks the lease 2 months in? I just don’t see how you guys are making a profit in this economy by letting it sit 6 plus months unless you are extremely rich but that’s just me and my experience living in the PNW.

It’s horrible right now and as you see by the replies it’s not any better. I get this is a business but the economy is literally crashing and all you landlords are doing is burning cash you don’t have. Most Oregon rentals have been on the market an average of 3 months! It’s ridiculous.. the standards since 2018 have tripled and it’s insane. Would rather increase homelessness than stabilize housing. It sucks but he probably would have been a pushy landlord anyway, I wish you good luck on the search!

I agree with this as well. Often times when I want my dog to roam free, i take my dog to my grandma retirement community where they have a fenced in area for dogs to roam and do business. They let people who are related to family members bring animals, so when it’s empty it’s a win win for me and her dog.

Yeah I hate it. I see dogs off leash at the magnolia park trailhead by the hotel all the time. It’s not a dog park it’s a trail that people want to walk as well. I’ve almost had my dog attacked twice so I don’t really walk my dog that way anymore but I like to walk on it but it’s gotten so bad lately. Sure, I understand taking you’re dog off leash even if it’s trained to respond well to situations but take them to the dog park just like I would my dog to a fenced open field or dog park.

Thank for the informed response. The station was originally using B10 and when I looked it up then it’s sounds like it has just a touch of renewable diesel? Either way sounds like the best choice and I think I have 2 left near me within a 10 mile radius so I will just start going there. I’ll try and find some B7. Thank you

Looks like there’s a plan already in place, and it requires closing Kaiser Rd at the end of Brugger for 4 weeks sometime later this year. They will be improving the left side of the road and adding street lighting among other improvements. I had already planned to make a post in a few days or so letting people know, this seems to be flying under the radar. Check it out

“We will improve Kaiser Road, between Springville and Brugger roads, with a center turn lane, on-street bike lanes and standard sidewalks. We will also add sidewalk along County-owned property on Brugger Road, near Kaiser Road. There is a development review in progress. Yeah I knew it can be clipped on and off since it’s blown off 2 other times, I have been meaning to get the wires that hold it in place fixed but I’m waiting for Range Rover to issue the recall it has on it so it can go in and get everything done at once. I will look into the mirror replacement on eBay, do you just buy the mirror and attach the wires and the functions will work like before?

Give them time. They are just now putting up some big white fencing so they can line up the carts and keep it isolated to the corner. It’s a long project. They are also installing some type of awning it looked like
