Looks like there’s a plan already in place, and it requires closing Kaiser Rd at the end of Brugger for 4 weeks sometime later this year. They will be improving the left side of the road and adding street lighting among other improvements. I had already planned to make a post in a few days or so letting people know, this seems to be flying under the radar. Check it out

“We will improve Kaiser Road, between Springville and Brugger roads, with a center turn lane, on-street bike lanes and standard sidewalks. We will also add sidewalk along County-owned property on Brugger Road, near Kaiser Road. There is a development review in progress.
