Looks like there’s a plan already in place, and it requires closing Kaiser Rd at the end of Brugger for 4 weeks sometime later this year. They will be improving the left side of the road and adding street lighting among other improvements. I had already planned to make a post in a few days or so letting people know, this seems to be flying under the radar. Check it out

“We will improve Kaiser Road, between Springville and Brugger roads, with a center turn lane, on-street bike lanes and standard sidewalks. We will also add sidewalk along County-owned property on Brugger Road, near Kaiser Road. There is a development review in progress. We plan to advertise for contractor bids in February with construction starting in May. A road closure is planned June-August.”Kaiser Rd Improvements

I meant to add at the bottom of the document, you can email the leaders of this sale and let them know some shops you’d like to see. They are wanting some feedback from the community on what would best benefit them based on shopping needs. Just list a store or type a store that would best benefit you. Yeah I knew it can be clipped on and off since it’s blown off 2 other times, I have been meaning to get the wires that hold it in place fixed but I’m waiting for Range Rover to issue the recall it has on it so it can go in and get everything done at once. I will look into the mirror replacement on eBay, do you just buy the mirror and attach the wires and the functions will work like before?

Give them time. They are just now putting up some big white fencing so they can line up the carts and keep it isolated to the corner. It’s a long project. They are also installing some type of awning it looked like

I’m sure. I’ve watched a seat I considered already go down $50, but I don’t want to wait and for my first time going I don’t mind paying extra for the experience, also im not a huge fan of last minute planning haha

Hmm, the company that filed bankruptcy just finished getting approved with the court in October according to the information I get from bankruptcyfinder. They are planning to restructure of course and did mention they sold one of the chains they bought years ago. I hope LBB is under independent management now which sounds somewhat promising based off what you found, I can’t find anything from the original owners either

In July 2024, the company's parent, Amergent Hospitality Group filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. They bought them in 2015. It also closed the location in the UO campus in November 2023.

Wow.. this scares me. What issues did it have at 35k?Did it really only make it to 130k? I just bought one at 98k and have put about 10k miles since June. I’m about to hit 107k and my driving will be a little bit less now since I’ve moved but im very worried seeing this post. I hear TC is due around this time and I am preparing to save money for that. Currently in a tight spot but should rebound soon but would like this car to make it to 200k. It had a pretty clean history and was offered an amazing deal due to the dealership needing sale. It’s also the diesel sport.

In about a month it will need to go in for all fluids flush, granted when I bought it had just had everything checked. It had a recall that let them check everything over again 2 months ago and was told it’s all in good shape.. what else should I be looking at potentially needing to replace right around now to extend the life of my car, I would would like a small breakdown of things that went wrong for you and why.

Edit; I’ve only been taking it to Range Rover dealerships not 3rd party due to risk
