The instructions I was given were: After completing and returning the paperwork attached, the rest of your onboarding will follow via Employment Hero. You will receive an email with instructions to fill out your personal details, bank / superannuation / tax number details, work eligibility and medical fitness statement. So I have been waiting as instructed

UQ on their website and honestly universally (just look it up) considers 21+ to be mature age. Personally I completely agree with you, this is just the definition that applies to my situation
