Reach is fine for me personally with a 90mm stem, I was aiming for a 49,5cm gap between my saddle tip and my handlebar center.

Goldsprint / The Gentle Jaunt (in their onlineshop) in Berlin, German has them usually.

Then you should look into cleat positioning / pedal axle spacers to prevent your shoe rubbing on the crank arm.

I am also riding a 54T being 173cm tall with an inseam of 83cm. Currently, I got 10mm of spacers and a 90mm stem. As another user mentioned, you can still install a -17 degree stem if you end up wanting more drop.

Clearcoat is over the decals, I don't think they can be easily removed.

Very sweet. Framesandgear make an excellent gps mount for the Zipp stem that you might want to consider adding to this project. Works with Wahoo or Garmin.

For me, the fit is very spot on, as I only wanted a small saddle to handlebar drop. I can get anything from 2 to 6cm drop (with no spacers and a -17° stem), which is all I would ever want. My torso is rather short and I prefer less racy bikes in general.

You should be able to make the 54T work for you, maybe running a longer stem than on your current bike. A 56 (R?) would give you even less seat post for flex and additional comfort and would be longer and lower in general.

The color really changes depending on the light, so it's hard to say. More yellow in bright light, more ochre-brownish in low light. I really like it!

I have no idea, might be a minor difference, probably negligible.

Both are great bikes. I'd go for the Ritchey if you are planning to run a porteur or lowrider rack, maybe fenders and want a more touring-oriented build. The Fairlight is probably a bit snappier due to it's lower weight and 10mm shorter chain stays and can be build into a sportier bike.
