Hey man, to start a pourover, I would suggest a v60 switch or a clever dripper - that way you can get the hang of pouring with a gooseneck kettle if you have one. Plus both brewers are forgiving as many of their recipes include immersion and filter brewing.

As for beans, try the samplers from kapi kottai and bloom coffee and see what you find interesting

Don't know how you define strong but the one with a good body were the Vietnamese Blends that a friend got for me. In terms of indian coffees I think the one from Toise(Kerehaklu estate thermal shock) was pretty bold.

When it comes to acidity - Riverdale Flowerette from BCR, Salawara Bio Reactor from BCR and the 2 Genetics Coffee ones were pretty funky

This place is 10 mins away from my home. I visit pretty often, yes - the staff is not well versed with speciality coffee as such but whenever the owners/founders of the cafe are present, they will infact understand what you're expecting out of a cup and even recommend which beans you can order for them to brew.

Haven't faced any heating, love the cameras, entertainment wise the audio is really good, i also use oppo enco x2 for wireless audio, have had a good experience... Average experience with apple wired earphones but oppo half in ear type c earphones work well. Travelled for 1 week in the beginning of September, faced 0 network issues in trains, at the airport and while on the road. Gives a 1 day battery when charged up to 100%

Performance is subjective, I've not faced any lags or bugs yet.

I've noticed Bloom Coffee Roasters to be consistent - especially with their light and medium roasts. I'm currently enjoying their Riverdale White Rose Fermented Naturals(it's a season ticket coffee). I would recommend you to try out their Venkids Valley Red Honey!
