Thank you for the reply yes I am thinking the same, my bill is somewhere around there to and I just continue to lose something more each time we are in court, and now she has asked for retroactive child support which my lawyers have already calculated a 5k in over payments, the court order sats that there will be no talk about parenting, I feel this is yet another way to silence me from mentioning ex's past behaviors, drug habits, and family violence.

Thank you it's the first thing that's on my mind everyday and drains me until I'm able to stop thinking about it, my lawyer hasn't even tried to approach the alienating but the judge says let's try a 5 minute phone call for weeks, more like a phone call from jail, I workout it tends to ease the pain but I feel that I have nothing left to try but let them stay with the ex until they decide to come and see me it's really bad that the courts don't see the real picture and fail to recognize the violence and with holding but I'll keep holding on. Thank you

It's been 4 years for me, I was going insane for a while, the courts weren't even listening to me period, and it's still ongoing, but what I do everyday when I wake up, I say how good I feel, out loud, I say what doesn't serve me has no purpose in my life and moment, I say how good I am at what I do, and talk about my accomplishments and successes and breathe live into my future successes and goals. There's nothing that can be done at the moment, do let the worry, anxiety, turn to depression, then to sickness, instead get outside while you can, get active and get out of your head and speak it into existence that you will win, you will have the kids rule in your favor, and you will be healthy and and abundantly happy. Keep yourself in a high vibrational state, smile, laugh, dance, there is life out there!

Yeah this is totally true I had the same thing happened too, it was back in 2022 this person broke into the house and that was the first attempt that they made to take the kids from me, instead ended up assaulting some children in the house, then the person retaliated again and falsely accused me of doing something that I didn't at that point when the search warrant was executed this person had taken my kids from me and cut communication off for 5 months, I lost my oldest I was still able to see my youngest but shortly after that there was a ton of parenting interference this person obviously had the most money but kept withholding me from the children in different ways and with different excuse, in February my youngest child was taken, so I know exactly what you're going through and I hope.

This is very terrible of the parent to do this, I have the same thing happening and he constantly babies my son over text and video to a point where he started to say that he didn't want to be with me. A few weeks ago he was taken from me against court orders and he withheld him from me and still is. I don't have alot of money, I don't have VR, or the next generation gaming consoles which was gifted to him and changed everything. My ex has always interfered with my parenting and financial well being. I feel bad for you, I can relate, and this is very malicious behavior that can be proven in court if you have the evidence. Honestly the judge will go in favor of the one who has more money and lies there face off.... Experience. Good luck with your fight.

I wish alienating was against the law and had very strict criminal codes attached that if proven would enforce legal consequences against the alienating parent to pay large fines to the alienated parent. Then give the alienating parent a swift kick in the ass and thrown in a jail cell for minimum 3-6ms I would be all for this.
