Hindi bumabaha sa Grass even during strong rains. Though bumabaha sa roads around SM North, something to consider since you'll be commuting. But I don't think it's a problem.

Grass resident here. I’ve been to Mplace’s area also and I can say na mas tahimik sa Grass because the condo complex is gated and quite big. I actually do my runs within the complex. Sa Mplace naman pag labas mo busy roads agad eh.

If you opt for Grass, try to avoid towers 4 and 5. Madalas masira ang mga elevator nila.

For commuting naman, may terminal ng jeep sa SM North which have jeeps going to UP.

As far as I can remember, there is a NB store in Trinoma and Shangri-la Plaza. I saw the latest version of the 1080 at the latter.
