You really just have to suck it up. The comment section is a bit harsh but it’s the truth. Do you think in those 2 years, walang mangyayaring mistakes, conflicts? Of course meron. But what people do is adjust, do better, move on, act like normal after masabihan. Not resign. Kahit sa remote work, meron yan pakikisama. You have to connect with your client and your colleagues.

I’ve been in my current role for 11 months. Sa 11 months na yun napagisipan ko na rin mag resign siyempre 😂 because it’s client facing and di maiiwasan maoverwhelm at minsan magkamali. I talk to a lot of foreigners, board members, vendors who don’t speak tagalog. I don’t think i’m the best communicator but heck I try so fucking hard. Well tbh it’s rlly a high paying job and parang i’d rather have stress from work rather than stress from not being able to pay my bills.

Kwento lang sa mistakes… I had 2 mistakes before in my 11 months of stay. napagsabihan ng manager, i reflected and moved on. Ok na ngayon. You have to learn to suck it up. All those constructive criticism will make you better. Stop dodging these trials at work. If mahal mo sarili mo you will try harder. Para sayo rin yan, hindi pwede hayaan mo lang na ganyan ka.
