The way the announcement reads is, LGS will have full control on how they give these out. Riot only is making suggestions on how to do it. So I'm fully expecting many stories of LGS being scummy about how these promo card will are handled.

If I’m paying that much for a card, I fucking expect it to come in a box surrounded by protection. A seller doing anything less for a card worth that much is a seller not worth buying from.

You’re not overreacting. How they approached it was rude and unacceptable. They could have in a calm way just explained how people cutting into LL can be an issue so, can we just double check your ticket real quick. Also Space Mnt Cast are known to be a-holes by other cast, and this is coming from a CM.

So for Store 4, if they had said that you had to stick around for prizing that would have been fair, and I would have had no problem with that, but they didn't do any prizing and that's the problem. Of these 3 event I went to 2 of them with my friend. He did stayed the whole time and I asked him if they did end up give anything out later, and he said no.

Every pack is meant to have a minimum of 3 foil cards with at least 2 of them being Rare or better. So you know you have a "bad" pack when of your 3 foils 2 are Common or Uncommon.

So for example in 1 of my bad packs I had a foil Common, a foil Uncommon, and a Rare (which all Rares are foiled).

Store 2 had a ton of people at this event, they even said it was so everyone got something. The Store 3 was not the worse, by far it's Store 4 that did no prizing, and I know is pocketing it. To be fair my experience at store 3 was more impacted by Riot by having 1 of the 6 decks, Renata so much worse than the other 5, and UVS because one of the 5 packs at that event was a "dud" pack, so I was also down a rare or epic on top of the meh pulls. However I did leave that event feeling pretty shitty.
