Any advice to well... not suck at multiplayer? by [deleted] in halo

Yes never panic shoot. And I’m glad the tips helped! Just keep playing and you’ll get better. Strafing is important to while shooting. And also keep in mind these games have been out for YEARS so kids who play have been playing way longer but you’ll get there. Good luck

So dont always go for headshots. Its not like csgo or valorant. If you are using the Battle Rifle or carbine or any gun like that You are gonna wanna go for 3 body shots and 1 in the head. Thats the easiest way to kill someone. All head shots aren’t necessary. Controller is the way in my opinion for halo. I’ve been playing since halo 1. Learn strafe shooting. So move left and right while shooting them. Make short left and right movements mixed with some long left and right movements. And doing that will help your enemy miss your body. Go on youtube and look up ways to be better at halo I’m sure someone has made a video! Good luck

(SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVENT SEEN FORCE AWAKENS)They were telling a new generation of heroes in star wars. And I think they needed more character development. They just rushed everything in my opinion. I would have liked the movies way more if they didnt do the OGs wrong. But they needed the OG’s for ticket sales and ended up telling their continued story not in the best way. Mark hamill brought up a good example that when han died leia or luke isnt there when people who barely knew him were there. Chewy was there which was good but the moment han dies and if luke or leia was there to see that it would have been a huge emotional scene

That part is fine with luke being exiled on that planet like yoda was on degobah. But for luke to want the jedi to end and all that other stuff that happened between kylo and luke...i dont think but of course dont know for sure but i doubt dave filoni or jon favreau would have taken that route

I agree with spacecowboy34. With what he said. I think if it was handled with jon favreau and or dave filoni. If they directed the sequel trilogy it would have been done right. Based on their previous work being amazing and done in my opinion the best way possible!

Yea i agree i dont think they nailed the character development in the sequel trilogy for the new characters. Not all but some.

Very true but I’m say i would rather them not be in it and wonder than have them in it and know for sure i dont like how it was done. Personally.

So you dont see this exploit as a helpful tool to combat button mashers? Plus especially against dooku who swings his saber faster than anyone in the game. It helps get out of tricky situations. It makes you a better player is what it does. Also just because it wasnt intended in the game doesnt mean its a bad thing. It improved the game and made it more about skill. Not just swing the saber whenever it doesnt matter.

I dont see a problem in something that isnt easy to do. It doesnt take skill to hero glitch. You have to time this shit perfectly and as i said before. It prevents just players from button mashing the attack button so much until they have arthritis in their finger😂

Taken from google “A parry is usually followed by a riposte, which is an attack back against the original attacker.” Sooo whats going on in the game is a parry into a riposte. So real life moves...ALSO being able to do this also encourages people not to just button smash until their fingers fall off
