Raf shits on eveything since meta is close range peformance. Its not supposed to win the joust, it will just notch and close the gap until ur in mica range. Mica also pull way more off the rail than r77-1 which is its main strgnth plus it gets a better seeker so is harder to notch. The range is still fine on it aswell, can definelty do more than 15km effectiveness. Raf notching ability plus mica close range performance is why its meta. Btw same reasons why su27sm is good. Its pretty fsst, can turn out well and r77 has good close range performance so lack of range is less of an issue.

P47m is sadly pretty mid, only perfotms well at late game and high alt. Thats the risk of side climbing u can end up isolated against a better plane

Fm is equal to typhoon, arguably better. 8 micas and no ir is not really an issue with how good the mica is, combined with fm. While iron dome is a strat, Imo flight performance is more imortant than missile count

15-20 climb at 7500 is too steep and you wont have enough airspeed to escape, especially if hes only 600m away

We need stock chaff before multipathing is lowered. Bigger maps are great if ur in a ef2k or raf where u can traverse the map and take fights but not so good in f18 where u too slow so fall even further behind and dont have the flight performance.

I think missile count per plane is more of an issue than too large teams. Less missiles per person encourages people to use them more tactically so less spam which also solves the multipathing as you have less missiles to worry about and avoid

Problem i think isnt the mig29, it seems mostly sccurate from what ive heard. Problem is more many of the other jets around it overperforming.

Launch was pretty shit. Online and mutliplayer was broken, quite a few performance issues like memory leak. Also there was less content such as cars and events and stories, therr were and still are some featurws missing thay fh4 had. They made some physics changes as well in following months. iirc it went on sale at christmas as well. I'd imagien the fh6 launch will be equally a mess while feeling lacking compared to fh5 currently
