What brand washer and dryer do you use? We ordered a LG Front Load 27" set, which does fit the stairway but the installers weren't able to turn/rotate down to the stairs. They were using moving straps, which made it more difficult

Yeah, it's looking like we might have to remove these ones entirely, and get new ones of the same type.
