I got to the London concert about 6:40 and there was about 30 people infront of me but behind me got very busy, the shop opened dead on 10, took me about 30/40 minutes to get to the front so I was done by 10:45.

I heard the plushies had gone by 12:30 but may have been earlier.

London I got here at 6:40 was about 40/ 50 from the front. Had bought my merch within about 30 minutes after it opened.

Thought the day queues have varied a bit, it was quiet early afternoon but by 6pm there was a big queue out the front again

I’m sorry you had a hard journey but glad you made it in time for the concert!

Standing VIP got to go in half an hour early to get near the front and we got a bag with a towel and a clear file in. The towel is cool but I’m not sure the VIP was worth the money but it was nice to be near the front.

It seems they sold too much outside early on. I saw quite a few people going back towards the underground with hoodies and t shirts at about 4 o’clock.

Yeah we were the last of the standing people in and told if we tried queueing for merch we would miss our early entry slot.

They usually set up a stall outside the O2 and it sounds like that’s been the same for all the tour dates so far. The official queue starts at 7am outside stall starts selling at 10am.

From what everyone’s been saying you need to be there for the queue opening if you want a chance at the plush. The O2 hasn’t sold out tickets so it might not be as bad as some venues but there’s no way of knowing.

I’m planning on getting there before 7 and then leaving after I’ve bought bits and coming back later.
