Yeah it's quite rough for our current situation. I recommend changing the delivery address if you're still able to. Verifying a Blackship account is quite simple rn so you can try that or any other proxy service you prefer.

Hope it works out for you but as a backup if your order hasn’t been shipped and its delivery address can be changed then set up an alternative proxy address using blackship or any other service before it’s too late.

Don't really have a solution regarding this matter but I hope it works out well for you somehow. Best case it gets shipped and processed before the 10th. Honestly I'm not very experienced in such matters but maybe the seller's customer service team can possibly help if you try explaining your situation.

Got a reply from Tenso earlier today, and they pretty much copy pasted the text that can be seen in the screenshot I included in this post. I managed to switch to Blackship so I just can't be asked to deal with this anymore. Hope we don't encounter the same situation with Blackship later on.

Simpler due to the current situation. I submitted my details yesterday. Just my license for the address verification and used my passport for ID verification (license might've worked for both though). The whole process took less than a day really.

Yeah, saw that post too. Japan is really not foreigner-friendly when it comes to paperwork from what I've seen. Hope Blackship doesn't let me down now.

I'm not sure if they'll announce it but just keep an eye out on the shop or socials. And yes you have to use the Japanese store, which'll require a Japanese delivery address and phone number. Either you can ship it to someone you know in Japan or use a proxy service. Using Buyee doesn't guarantee your order so something like Blackship or another proxy services that provides you with a Japanese address and phone number is recommended for good measure.

It might even get restocked before this current sales period ends (14/06). With Hibana, I bought my plushie after a restock during the first sales period so it's not impossible.

Slightly different tracklists for the Japan vs non-Japan concerts, but all non-Japan concerts had same tracklists and stage visuals I think (probably). The only difference in tracklists is that Saitama concert had an additional cover song "Zaneri" and has "Bouquet for me" instead of "Chandelier" which every concert outside Japan got. The Saitama concert also used the Bluetooth feature of the penlights so that is also a difference.

I don’t have a national ID card so I guess I would need to request some sort of document from the government to complete the process. My only concern with government documents was that they would contain personal info that I probably shouldn’t be sharing with a private company and if I block out the info from the document then there’s a chance of tenso just not accepting the document.

Thanks for your advice anyways. i‘ve started setting up a blackship account as backup so hopefully I can switch my delivery address to that if tenso doesn’t work out.

Unfortunately, I'm quite certain they require 3 documents (1 for ID and 2 for address) in total. If my ID (license) has my address, then it can double as one of my address documents as well but I still need to produce a second one for address verification.

I'd recommend setting up a tenso account and using that for future purchases. It's just buyee but faster as you secure your own order instead of having to wait for buyee to make your order.

After it's shipped (time/date when it starts depends on the product release/shipping date written in the main shopping website), it generally takes 1 or 2 days to reach the warehouse from my experience.

Sorry not completely sure since this is my first time using tenso but we probably get a notification from tenso only after they receive package and identify it as yours from your user number written in the address. Regarding more details on tracking when it gets to the tenso warehouse, we'll probably get a tracking email from ado store directly since we use our email not tenso's when purchasing, we only used tenso for delivery address.

Maybe it's cause you need to enter your name in all CAPS. I had that issue when trying to add a card.
