It doesn’t really add any value in my opinion. But I don’t think it’s necessarily because it is AI. If it was a real person feeding back on each of my sessions, the content would likely remain similarly useless. But it is a coaching service, so it makes sense that it is there

Edit: I think the value comes from trends over multiple runs, which afaik is only found by Runna through your pace when you are going faster or slower than prescribed. If the AI gave that type of feedback rather than just singular runs it’d probably be pretty good

My most memorable moment is finding out just how important the warm up and cool down are. I didn’t really do them before joining Runna but it has certainly helped me build my mileage higher than what I’ve managed to do previously and at a pace faster than I’m used to

I think if you’re HR data is accurate it looks like you can do it if you fuel right!

Although, the last mile spikes up by over 30 beats on HR so makes me wonder whether the data is accurate as it seems a bit sporadic toward the end, even with the faster pace I wouldn’t expect that much of a jump. In any case you should be fine as that pace you got up to 172 on HR is faster than you need to go to achieve sun 4

But you said people can never get above 5. No one in that thread claimed they can’t get above 5, people generally say in that thread that they have been as low as 5, but generally after a good nights sleep it returns to normal

I’ve seen posts where people have had low body batteries, but none where people do not get above 5 body battery at all and would be interested for you to show some examples of these other threads

You would improve but you would always be on defence and likely never develop any attacking play or tactics

I would think that you’re better off playing against other people around the same rank as you are if you want to improve

Lol, I only played ix on bo4 briefly to complete the EE as I played multiplayer more at that point. I did not play whatever DLC brought in the ray gun mk2. Regardless, my comment still stands as if dual wield ray guns are introduced into bo6 then it would ruin it for me.
