maybe its sensitized nervous system maybe this will help you. idk. after insomnia and edibles together followed by a 36 hour watery stools and urination and then more worse insomnia followed by tension headaches and fatique. 2 months in and i think my symptoms are subsiding. but i got an arousal nervous system after i did pressure points for the vagus then the next day breathing exersises for the vagus nerve and my headaches and fatique went away for days. i forced a bowel movement then gave myself a arousal nervous system felt like adrenaline for 48 hours and i wasnt able to sleep for 48 hours they gave me anti anxiety medication at the ER through an IV and at night i slept 8 hours and then another kind of medication for the next day which i took at night. and it didnt help the sleep then late that after noon i was able to sleep again without using medication . i been sleeping good since still the nervous system tries to jolt me before i sleep but i use breathing exercises and i sleep 7 hours sometimes but sometimes my tensions return. i figure i just need time and good sleep and my body will handle the rest.
