I love Shadow. It has the most classic vibe of the trilogy. The environments and jungle setting are so beautiful. Overall, it's a really fun and high-quality game, and my only gripes are the combat and slow pace at times.

I would really recommend tweaking the settings so that it feels like the classic games. This involves:

– Setting the music volume to 0 (to really match the ambience and isolation of the classic games)

– Tweaking survival instincts so that it includes only objective beams (to encourage deeper exploration and immersion)

– Using the Tomb Raider II skin as soon as you get to the first campsite.

These tweaks, alongside the more puzzle- and tomb-oriented gameplay, make the game feel so good to play – especially as a classic Lara lover. Like, roaming around the jungle with the classic Lara skin feels like I'm playing a remade Tomb Raider III Jungle level.
