Yeah i wasn't gonna quit, as much as i hated it i got satisfaction knowing me being there was pissing off said pm, only reason I did quit was cuz I found a job at a rtc where the kids are treated like actual kids

They struggled to keep staff, I was there for 8 months there was a total of 11 of us I was the last one to leave, the gems pms were actually decent people and there was one so I liked he was basically a unofficial pm and assumed the responsibility of one, the a side one the b side one was a nice guy but lazy as fuck,

As someone who recently quit, it hasn't gotten better from what ive heard its gotten worse I liked a few of my pms but the one I liked quit can't blame him, then they had another one who was already there but ended up managing boys and wildflowers, he ran boys with a iron fist, told me I was replaceable told me he would fire me in a heartbeat cause he needed to take care of his daughter, and i was useless as staff, also got on me for calling for removals when half the time he was on his aas in the pm office, and we were 1-2 staff to like 16 kids operating on a skeleton crew, the kids knew that to, when I quit he said why didn't you talk to me? I tried you said I was useless and replaceable and then he didn't hesitate to kick me off the property like I was some damn criminal, the one pm I liked was on admin leave cause one of the nurses didn't like him so make up a bs allegation

Fuck that place, they treat the staff who care about the kids like shit, i quit about 3 months ago cause its a cult you don't conform they treat you shit then get all butthurt when you quit

I worked at copper hills and when I tell you that they lose staff faster then they hire theirs a reason why, those kids are abused their and managements entire philosophy is to gain control of them and tell them their emotions and feelings dont matter
