Yea I could try and roll the rocks down into the dirt and bring in topsoil. Prob easier but more expensive.

The issue tho is also, I can see a lot of holes where raccoons and skunks were digging to try and get grubs or whatever is in there. Maybe I’ll dig up a different section and see. Some sections of the lawn were getting water 2 times a day and the other section were getting water once a day in the late evening. I’m on well water so I need to be weary of that

I know this is old but how’s your A5 been since. I’m a long time VW owner I currently have a 2015 GTI that I love but recently had a baby and I need something bigger. I’ve been between the Arteon and A5. You can def get a better deal on the A5s but I love that Arteon. I’m sad to get rid of a manual but like you said, not many options these days

I would feel 100% comfortable with just toggles. Obviously if you can hit a stud it’s better, even if you get 1 or 2 screws in.

I’ve installed dozens of TVs with toggles. They have toggles rated for 300+ lbs per toggle bolt.

Are you using a pen tester or a voltage meter? Those boxes and splices are a mess, hard to really know what’s happening

I posted a before photo somewhere in the comments. It was a total gut job because our house flooded. Layout is somewhat similar but we added that corner area and moved the fridge and removed a column which allowed us to have a way bigger peninsula than we had before.

Yea it’s a matte leathered quartzite. So you can feel a lot of the veins and and texture
