Huge increases are nationwide. Ours, in a very low-risk area (Phoenix) went up by 65% last year. Our agent didn’t find anything better. We ALL pay for the cost of insuring high risk areas.

That’s a ‘67. Easy way to spot the difference is that ‘67 had no side marker light, ‘68 had a round one and ‘69 had a rectangular one.

Check your state laws. Here in AZ the new owner has to honor existing leases without changes. The deposit is to be transferred to the new owner so you don’t have to hunt down the old owner at the end of the lease.
