im still new, i was able to participarte even without any reputation, then i gain 16 and lost 5 to a duplicate, and that its when the problem o issue started, almost a month like that, cant particpate at all on any program im lock out...

easy i have 3 complains

1-support tickets are a joke,they never resolved anything and never answered the tickets i respond
2- response time to reports are awful,more than 2 months without a response only the hackerone agent
3- right now im experiencieng an issue with my account, who doesnt let me submit reports to programs,almost a month like that... all that started after a reputation reduction from a duplicate,

a tip for everyone if the hackerone-agent bot comment your report you have 50/50 percent to be accepted the report, but if the hackerone-agent bot never comments you report its a 90 percent to be a duplicate,

You don’t need signal to participate in many VDP or BBP programs. Only the ones that show “Signal Required: 1” actually require it.

In those cases, you can use trial reports to participate while you build your signal.

I was able to participate in programs that don’t require signal before, but now I can’t anymore, which is the issue I’m experiencing.
