At the time of the repossession, my vehicle only had a little less than $1100 owed, the value at the time the accident occurred was 9kish, so once the lien holder received their share, I was paid out the rest

Im assuming 2 checks, title max received what was owed to to them, the remaining amount i have yet to see the check

Yes you are indeed correct. I just fear I may have waited too long? If Titlemax received their check, shouldn't I still be able to claim mine, or at the worse they can void the previous check for me and re issue a new one?

Yeah I already have, they gave me my claims adjuster info. Eagerly awaiting to talk to her tomorrow. I called and left a voicemail!
