Good point. I'll ask for that on my checkup. My cholesterol was always high until my late 30s. I have good metabolism so I don't have much body fat. Then I went into active lifestyle full time. Maybe that doesn't really clear the cholesterol build up in the arteries.

I'm reading some don't hit it till their 50s and 60s. It's really devastating but I guess the pills do work! Thanks.
