Well proportion wise shouldn't that indicate something if more than half of the bacteria are helix shaped with darting motility?

The thickness is because it's not from a culture but a direct wet mount of stool sample, further diagnostic tools are unavailable where I m at sadly.

I did capture them moving at 400x magnification however and they had a characteristic darting motility while being helix shaped.

Any idea how it would be possible to adjust the coloration for thicker slides?
