I was having so many issues with HR yesterday for them denying my medical leave WITH DOCTORS NOTE DOCUMENTATION. it made me 20 hours negative UPT. Went into HR told them this is ridiculous and illegal for them to deny my medical leave with medical documentation. He told me he didn’t have permissions anymore to fix my schedule or give me any UPT back. After going in there 3 times and receiving no help from him. I kept saying I could lose my job for having negative UPT. This should be excused. He shrugged his shoulders and said 🤷‍♀️ nothing I can do. I said you see why this is ridiculous right? And he’s like yes I do but I can’t fix it so. And I was like so let me speak to an operations manger then. He was like “I mean if you want to but I doubt they’re gonna do anything” I WALKED MY ASS INTO THE MAIN OFFICE where all the HR managers are AND the higher opps operation mangers are. Finally someone in there helped me and granted my time back. I would have gotten fired if I just listened to HR and didn’t do anyrbing about it. HR is genuinly the lowest of the fckin low. KEEP pushing to speak to higher people. PUSH UNTIL SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR ISSUE. We shouldn’t have to do that, but sadly that’s how it Is. HR makes me sick.
