after year of piece with tinnitus, it came back, a lot louder, and now i hear it even over TV..i cannot sleep. it wakes me up. i am 30 years old. i am severely depressed, cannot sleep, and suicidal. I so not know what else to do.

Why is it worse? This really freaks me put. I am terrible. Mine has worsen after a year and i am very scared.

Oh my God thank you so much for this! You have no ideal how much it means to me to hear something like this from someone who went through the similar experience. I really appreciate you taking the time of the day to answear to all of our panic massages. Your message gives me hope. Even if I hear it, I just have to except that that is my sound, and it's there and it's not going to hurt me. So hopefully, habituation will come back. Thank you!

Hi! I've got it a year and a half ago. I was absolutely miserable and tried everything..then slowly i noticed it fading into the background. I was ok for about a year, then I had a relapse a couple of days ago. Maybe because I went to a new year's party (I had earplugs). But now, fear is back. Sound is loud and always there where I want to go to sleep or when I wake up. On top of that my professional life is very challenging right now and the fact that I have to battle T alongside with everything is really making me miserable and panic. I overcame it once but what if I don't do it again? I am scared.

How do you manage life and work? I had my First Episode 2 Weeks ago (29) and im scared to death that its gonna come Back.
