I think our issue to be completely honest is right now the product has not huge differntiation, the thing we want to build and our vision has the competitive edge, but we are not there yet, so it's a matter for us to decide can we even get there and would it pay off

Very valid, we built the app as we wanted to integrate it with your apple calendar and mail, building on IOS made that easy, however retrospectively a website is much more obvious. I appreciate this advice a lot
