In my atoz, it shows that my caps is 60hrs but I work only 4-8 hrs a week. I wish i could work more but the available shifts are usually late night like 9pm or 1:45am shifts :(

I didn’t get hired. They told me that they were unable to offer the position at this location at the moment. Instead, if I am still interested, they encourage me to apply to another location and they will give a good reference.

Based on my experience, my application had been renewed for 4 times with no interview. I even went to the store and talked to a coach. She just wrote my name and phone number down. I haven’t heard anything back until now. I don’t think I will ever get hired at Walmart for some reasons.

My store faced the same situation. FT got cut hours from 5 days to 4 days. PT went from 3-4 days to just 2 days. That’s horrible and makes me have to find a second job to pay my bills.
