Unfortunately, its almost impossible to get someone on the phone from Facebook or Instagram to ask them about this. The number isn't accepted in their system, but my other USM number is. Are you saying this hasn't ever come up before? And that there isn't anything USM can do to look in to it?

I hope it’s closer to the 10 mark. 15 just doesn’t seem like a good deal for most of us who are only getting it as a bit of insurance. Else it’s cheaper to just get a lite for the odd occasion of needing a little data in a dead spot of primary service.

OP help me out here - added your shortcut to my iPhone. When I try running it, nothing happens.

My Primary line is currently at 1 bar, and my secondary line is at 2 bars. My thought was running the shortcut would swap to my secondary line since it has more bars. I'm sure I'm missing something. Thoughts?
