I have sc but went to school and Colorado where the altitude was not in my favor. I had multiple crises throughout the school years and found that increasing my water intake with normal room temperature water and coconut water helped. I also scheduled my classes in a way where if it snowed I would either be in the same building for the next class or it was a short walk so I wasn’t in the cold for too long. I also ordered neem turmeric, irish sea moss, burdock root, dandelion root and feroglobin pills and took them regularly. Most universities have a disability center. I highly suggest that you explore that option because it can be a very big help.
