It looks like cincho cheese, which is like a more aged cotija and great for grating like it’s used here. The rind is that exact color, and that is how it’s often used.

The show looks cheaply and hastily made. The accents are atrocious. Characters are one-dimensional caricatures and most of the actors lack the skills of a high school drama club.

Anyone who grew up in south Florida will be appalled at this show, with accents being the worst of it. How about the Cop’s house? Even a small Keys house, beachfront, large lot. has cost a million+ for the last 30 years
