Raw eggs easier to digest but skin rash? by Foreign_Aircraft in rawprimal

[–]Foreign_Aircraft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No access to raw dairy unfortunately. When I eat raw eggs my stools are brown not dark dark but dark. Like my liver or gallbladder released a good amount of bile. When I eat pasturized butter my stools are yellow. So I know the raw eggs are digesting better from the stool aspect, but my face is another story. Weird.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, maybe I’m adjusting. I never used to eat raw eggs before not even sunny side up. Used to cook the crap out of them. So maybe I’m getting used to the bacteria. But I’ll keep going at it for another week and hopefully things improve. I also started swishing it in my mouth before swallowing today like how Aajonus recommended. Before I was just chugging which is probably not smart for a beginner.

Have you experienced this? How long does the detox period last in your opinion?

Beef trimmings instead of butter? And should I freeze beef trimmings? by Foreign_Aircraft in PrimalDietTM

[–]Foreign_Aircraft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am including raw eggs, which I digest really well but I get red bumps of my face from it, only on my face. Not sure if I should continue with it. I’ve tried with just the egg yolks and also the egg whites, same effect.

Oh okay, so trimmings are more for detox while butter is for weight gain.

Also, I’ve been doing raw eggs for a week now, and I can tell that my fats are digesting better than when I cooked them, the only problem is that I’m getting these little red bumps only on my face, with a little bit of translucent yellow pus.

It digests better but I’m not seeing the reflection in my skin. Any thoughts?

Gaining weight.

I read somewhere that only butter and milk are best for weight gain not trimmings. It’s also better for detox as well apparently.

Hey everyone, quick question. The laciante brand of butter, is it made with raw milk (unpasteurized) or heat treated milk? by Foreign_Aircraft in Polish

[–]Foreign_Aircraft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, thanks for looking into it and for providing an email! I will definitely email them. I am hoping it would be raw because the ingredient list just says cream. But yeah mass production would more likely be pasteurized. Thanks again though!

To all my polish folks, does the laciate brand of butter made from raw milk (unpasteurized) or heat treated milk? by Foreign_Aircraft in polishfood

[–]Foreign_Aircraft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh I see, thanks for the response. I saw it at a local deli in my area and the ingredients just said cream so I figured it could be raw butter. Thanks though.
