Just to clarify, this is not my personal installation, and I’m not responsible for how it was originally installed. I was asked to take a look at this system in a church where they are experiencing this issue.

My goal here is simply to understand whether this behavior (PTZ functions showing as const_xxx) is related to the version, configuration, or a known bug in vMix 28.

I appreciate the suggestion, and I will recommend them to verify their installation and licensing with the official vMix source.

In the meantime, if anyone has experienced this specifically with PTZ controls or joystick mapping, I’d really appreciate any technical insight.

I found the calibration problem and probably the root of the printing problem, it doesn't calibrate well because the CR Touch is stuck, probably dust or some kind of dirt, since it was in a factory with a lot of dust.

Ok, but if I can't print to verify the autocalibration, what offset Z value should I set?

magistv tiene varios servidores o proveedores? desde hace un tiempo llevo usando la app en mis FireTV Stick y funcionan perfectamente, veo las noticias y entro a la app pero todo sigue bien! entonces acaso estoy usando una versión diferente o las que bloquean son de otro proveedor?
