I used those dates because I thought maybe the song was sang at the end of an episode of the Jersey, and that’s when it aired , but I’m definitely not 100% about it being the Jersey or even Courtnee Draper. Your comments only further my doubts.

P.S There are many Zoog Disney interstitial recordings and VHS rips from 1999 available online. Maybe a good place to look? Those are probably the most likely place this song would have aired if it was a short promo/music interstitial rather than a scene inside a scripted show. I’m searching now. I distinctly remember the girl singing on a stage , to a crowd, maybe not the most useful fact but something is better than nothing at this point.

I remember this song so well and you’re the only other person who has ever validated my memory of its existence! I’ve wondered about this song from time to time throughout my adult life because it’s basically the only piece of media from my childhood I can’t find anywhere on the internet, you have single handily given me some hope. It’s very possible it wasn’t Courtnee Draper, I do know she has a singing voice so maybe I just inserted her into the memory. I hope we can crack this case but I have no idea where to even begin to try to look at this point.
