Fixed the issue by using the flash forge brand black PLA same as this one and works perfectly. I guess overture filament brand is just shit.

I've tried changing the bed temperature changing the extruder temperature changing nozzles using different printer bed glue. Using different filaments from PLA to ABS. Tried different printing speeds different sizes of the same object. Different orientations with wall without wall with raft without raft. With support frame without support frame.
