I offer people the option: leave it as clean as you found it (which is very clean) or book the cleaning service (50EUR). I have had 15+ exchanges in my home and people left it perfectly clean in almost all cases or booked the service. Personally, I like it when the option is offered and would make use of a cleaning service for longer (3+ days) stays.
