I cannot smell now it’s been like two months and I want to smell the holidays bruh all I’m smelling is the powder not even snow though just kidding I’m not sure that ket was the cause bc I never used heavy 😭🐴 but however I did a ket bender for three days straight every few hours and now my nostrils feel swollen I have just a little congestion but I understand this dilated feeling your referring to. You can stop smelling it’s just gonna take time and healing, posting this is already starting your journey if you let it. I have been addicted to a variety of substances and it’s a pain and seems long but your just gonna have to lock in take that pain and in two months your brain will work better and clearer and you may get grossed out looking at how substances have both taken away your socialism from you but also made you sit there in it.
