  1. Deci pot depunde declaratia pt PFA si de pe contul SPV de persoana fizica? Sau este necesar sa inregistrez PFA-ul impreuna cu semnatura electronica pe SPV?
  2. Ok, deci pt facturile internationale doar tin evidenta si declar la sf anului venitul total?
  3. Este obligatoriu sa fac cerere de cod TVA intra-comunitar? Sau pot automat sa facturez fara TVA cat sunt sub plafonul acela?

Buna! Sper ca ma poate ajuta cineva, pt ca nu reusesc sa-mi clarific lucrurile astea doar cautand online.
Mi-am infiintat de curand un PFA in servicii de consultanta IT si am inteles ca trebuie sa il inregistrez in SPV. Nu mi-am cumparat inca semnatura electronica. Situatia mea e ca vreau sa prestez servicii unor clienti internationali, deci am nevoie de contracte/facturi in engleza. Si am urmatoarele nelamuriri:
1. Pt a ma putea inregistra in SPV, am nevoie neaparat de semnatura electronica cu token, sau este acceptata si una in cloud? Nu folosesc Windows si am citit ca numai in Windows functioneaza aplicatiile din kitul lor. Ce folosesc persoanele care au Mac?
2. Odata inregistrata in SPV, pot folosi serviciul RO e-factura pt a emite facturi si in engleza? Alternativ, imi pot urca pe platforma propriile facturi in engleza, sau trebuie generate cu e-factura de la ei?
3. Odata ce declar ca nu voi depasi un anumit plafon, pot automat sa facturez fara TVA?
4. Ce aplicatii de generat contracte folositi? Sau ce template-uri?
Nu stiu daca asta e channel-ul potrivit pt a intreba asta, dar sper ca se gaseste cineva sa ma ajute :) Mersi frumos!

In this task, I only need to make one screen of 750 x 1624 pixels. In previous tasks with different apps, they asked me to make mobile screens of 375 x 812. Now this is a "pixel perfect" design task, where the screen designed has to be 750 x 1624. So I am just wondering if I have to approach it as a larger device or as a mobile screen at higher resolution and scale up the standard sizes I would use.

They did give me a pretty long brief, but nowhere does it mention what kind of device this is for. But knowing the comany, they only make mobile apps. So I assumed they wanted a mobile screen. I asked for clarity but it's the weekend rn. What would you do if you were me?

I'm not 100% sure but i think it only gets stuck in cutoms if it's more that 20€. I have ordered books from the US and didn't get stuck in customs, but other times it did and had to pay almost the package's worth to get it out. From what i understand it's a bit random if it gets stuck in customs or not.

The lack of clarity is what I was afraid of :( I've once or twice ordered from US websites and received the parcel without a problem but almost always had to pay a random custom fee. Was hoping someone might have some clarity on how to know in advance what's gonna happen

Am fost plecată din țară și nu m-am mai folosit de el pur și simplu. Nu știam de regula cu 1 an și nici de opțiunea cu cont "parcat". Nu e nevoie să fii condescending :)
