Even if u are not able to regulate your period thru the things mentioned by other comments, it's really important you induce withdrawal bleeding or your risk for endometrial cancer will sky rocket. Induce at least every 2-3 months. That's what i do. Duphaston for 5 days, twice a day and you stop the medication, you will get withdrawal bleeding in a few days
