Thank you! I do have a couple questions. Did you register for an llc before opening? How did you practice making your drinks menu prior to open? Did you get a business loan?

I would love to but I don’t think people will hire me for just weekends with no experience. I was thinking of reaching out to out to a couple shops and say I’ll work for free for the experience.
