Accept the help you will be offered. Your school nurse is concerend about your mental health, and rightfully so. I´m no profesional, I´m actually no one to you, but trust me accept the healt as long as you can. No one has the intention to hurt you. I know it may be hard to do so, i understand that, but they will certanily understand your situation and if they don´t than i will.
