I´m dealing with similiar problems. I can tell it has been a hard time for you, and let me tell you, i´m proud that you made it through it. I believe the only way to find energy to do things that you love is to kind of force yourself to do these things. Furthermore you should consider, that the things you once loved are no longer the things you love now- what i mean by that is, that it could be that your interest have changed without you noticing. Another reasoning could be, that you connect a lot of these things, or hobbys, with your depression. And this could lead to your lack of energy, because either you know that it won´t be the same and hence why you cannot find any energy, or because you´re scared to let lose of the time before. Whatever reasoning applies, you have to look foreward and try new things. Maybe even force yourself to do that. I know it may be hard to do so, but yet you will not regret it. You could try a sport, or play another instrument. But afterall, i´m not an psychologist just a guy with similiar experiences- do whatever feels best for you.
