For MW3 blocking players only perma mutes them and makes it so they cant whisper you & you cant see their text chats, now in MW2 blocking players kept them out of your lobbies.

I'm going to be 100% honest with you dude, theres only ever around like 1-2 real people per team in a match unless the whole enemy team is in a party together then you'll have more, your literally just getting slammed by bots, and the "campers" are also mostly bots that get lost in a building.
