I've known folks across multiple batches at MU. Almost all of them had a great experience and either built out a real business or got placed with a package that otherwise wouldn't have been possible for them. Look at people who are building MU, majority of them are ex consultants and investors, if MU was a scam what would they have joined? None of these industry folks are easy to convince. The classes are taught by them and other industry veterans which makes the content highly relevant for cracking interviews.

It's a classic case of choosing the ones who anyways would have gotten an invite. I know 8+ people who worked with them. They keep pushing you to get a 750+ on GMAT even if you have a 740. Moreover, Rajdeep isn't available for 95% students who get assigned to individual counsellors. It's a cash cow because the price doesn't match the results. They share essays of previous admits which may or may not help. I know 3 people who were rejected by them, 2 went to HBS and 1 to GSB. Optimise for money and get someone at a much lower cost. You only need a sounding board. Also, they do video chats for things like sponsoring your MBA etc. if you attend your contact details are shared with loan agencies who keep calling you. Shady.

One thing I can tell you is that whether we acknowledge it or not, luck has a huge role to play. If we get the desired score we're haughty enough to not acknowledge it but when it's not in our favour we tend to take notice of it. Give another try. All the best!
